To use runkeeper simply start the application. Select the activity: running and verify for a few seconds that the GPS has a good signal. You can also see a map with the route you made and in the “splits” you can see the speed you did for each section. You also have graphics that show you the speed at which you made the journey and the altitude.

The history of your runs is available both on mobile devices and from the web. If you notice any problems with the distances that it records or the route. For example when you stop before crossing a street. In my particular case, I prefer to bend a little and keep running.

If you have friends that use runkeeper you can get notifications when they finish their workouts and you also have access to the history of their workouts and you can put both likes and comments and according to the activity you have, some congratulations are coming like when you travelled a greater distance than you usually do or longer or when it notices persistence in the training you do as well as being attentive to send reminders when it perceives that you stopped running for a while.
